Clatsop Behavioral Healthcare: Provides mental health and drug and alcohol assessment, counseling, and crisis response services for adults, children and families.  Accepts OHP, Medicare, and most private insurance. Also offers sliding scale for uninsured clients.

Hope House - Counseling: Provides individual, family, and group counseling, education, and advocacy. Offers sliding scale fees based on income and the number of people living in your home.  Scholarship funds may also be available. Fees are determined on an individual basis during the first session.
